Deposit for confirmation is $15.00 per head. Final numbers must be given at least one week prior to the event, with an opportunity for variations up to three (3) clear working days prior to the function.

Balance Payment due and payable on final numbers advice.. EFT available.

We accept Cash, Cheque, as well as EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX with a 2.5% levy.


Advice for booking concellation with one full month’s notice will see FULL deposit refund. Cancellations with less than one month’s notice may lead to withholding of some or all of the deposit due to adminstration fees and consideration to secure other bookings.


All prices shown are inclusive of 10% government compliant GST. You may be able to claim GST components. Our ABN is 87 008 021 921.

Travel surcharge is dependent on distance from our kitchens.

(0-15km = $25, 15-30km = $30, 30-50km = $40, further than 50km = to be advised). Staff travel costs also apply to events outside of metropolitan Adelaide.


The menus herein are suggestions only and can be changed to suit your function, dietary, cultural, religious or budgetary needs.


Plenty Catering Co reserves the rights to change its prices as and when the market requires (for example, an increase in raw material prices and other related costs directly involved in the manufacture and presentation of our products), or due to Sunday/Holiday rates.  Menu reviews are conducted twice yearly in January and July.

GOLD LICENCE incorporates

  • Health Audits on all Commercial Kitchens of the operation
  • Background resume detailing industry experience and/or listing any formal qualifications
  • Certificate of currency of Workers Compensation
  • Certificate of currency of Public & Products Liability Insurance (min $10 million)
  • Payment of specified administration fee to Restaurant & Catering S A renewable annually or when ownership changes
    • Indication under which Award employees are paid.


As we take on many and varied bookings, we do urge your early indication to proceed so we can guarantee our availability. This especially applies from October to March, traditional wedding and Christmas celebration season where your early booking is encouraged.

When confirming final details, pay particular attention to actual attendance, timing of presentation, and access to the venue.

Should you or any of your guests have particular menu needs due to religious, cultural or medically diagnosed conditions, please advise so we can accommodate alternatives for them – extra cost may apply.

At your venue we require:

  • safe and proximate food service vehicle parking
  • a designated, undercover food preparation area
  • access to water
  • access to power (at night, and in some menu formats only)
  • tables for buffet presentations
